The Fettuccine Brothers Restaurant is an established Restaurant and Wine Lounge located at 12-14 Peel Street, just off the main road in the city centre of Gisborne City, New Zealand. We provide formal, smart casual and outdoor dining and have created an ambience and menu format that satisfies the discerning, the regular and the special occasion diners. Whether it be quality Dining in the Restaurant, Antipasti in the Wine Lounge, Take-away Gourmet Pasta or even Hotel Room Deliveries with Charge-backs, we have got something on offer for everyone.

The Fettuccine Brothers Restaurant offers an extensive choice of first class food and wine with a style considered to be a fusion of Italian Influenced Contemporary and Classic dishes. We match this with warm hospitality and we take pride in showing our staff how to anticipate the needs of each individual or of a particular group's requirements that spend time with us.

Many of the products used throughout the menu are sourced from Italy and the majority of fresh produce is East Coast/New Zealand based. This promotes an authentic angle with a strong local feel to the four page menu encompassing Entrees, Mains, Gourmet Pastas and Desserts. While the Menu is predominately Italian, dont be suprised to find some complex and innovative twists on the Italian classics!

Our separate cell Wine Lounge, connected to the Restaurant, provides a relaxing area for pre-dinner drinks or after 5 knock-offs with your friends or work-mates. We have designed a food selection to suit those who aren't looking for for a full dinner and you definately dont have to dine with us in the restaurant to enjoy The Wine Lounge and its offerings.

Your proprietor is Head Chef Grant Bailey, who with 20+ years of international cooking experience originally grew up in Gisborne before training in Melbourne, Australia. He followed on to cook there for around 12 years with some of Melbourne's most famous ex-pat Italians when Melbourne was at the fore-front of dining in Australia.  Over the last five years of current management, The Fettuccine Brothers Restaurant has become the most popular Restaurant in Gisborne.

Opening Hours:

We are open for Dinner only from Monday through to Saturday, opening at 4.30pm for take-away pasta, from 5pm for dining in the Restaurant and we are closed most public holidays. We do open for lunches for just 3 days of the year over the Rythym and Vines Festival Period.
